Sympa mais inaccessible en hiver

Le problème vient de la route qui mène au logement. Les soirs d'hiver ,elle est gelée et dangereuse, rendant le logement inaccessible, y compris avec des pneus neige. La propriétaire indique qu'elle a pu s'y rendre sans difficulté mais c'était de jour une fois la glace fondue. Sinon le logement est conforme à sa description, une sympathique maisonnette, sans chauffage central, mais bien isolée et avec un poêle à bois.
