"前台職員有一位特別好，名牌是Dowon女士及早上用餐區一位戴黑色眼鏡男士亦態度友善服務良好。可惜另外有一位前台男職員態度非常差，他是戴金屬眼鏡的，對客不友善。酒店好的是非常快速回覆客人電郵，亦為本人代收網上購物之郵包。酒店沒有免費提供每日樽裝水是比較少見，因為大部分同等級的酒店都有提供（本人是次住宿了7間酒店，只有温泉旅館因已準備一壼熱水而不設樽裝水），如可改善會較好。此外在門口位置沒有提供一些客用雨傘以備不時之需，希望會加設。"

"Excellent location in Daimyo situated between two rail stations, the Tenjin and Akasaka. The hotel sits immediately next to the Tenjin district so there are many great places to eat and shop, all within easy walking distance. Ohori Park, Maizuru Park and the Fukuoka Castle are within easy walking distance too. This is a fantastic hotel with a wonderful staff."
