Room rate was a bit expensive for what it is but loved the shoji doors. Hotel was walkable to most places.

Lovely and convenient

I checked out of another hotel that I was staying at for 1 night and checkout was at 11am so I was a little stranded but luckily they allowed me to pay to checkin early at this one. Hotel exceeded expectations, staff were nice and friendly. The decor was traditional Japanese style tatami with functional sliding doors. There was air corn and a dehumidifier unit so I always had the perfect temperature. Loved the bathroom and it had the privacy smart switch. The room was great, except there was a stain in the carpet. Location was great, a couple minutes from a Lawson and 5 mins from the station which is literally 2 stops from Hakata station on Line 3 (Nanakuma Line) so very convenient. Near a lot of restaurants and bars. My checkout day was the hotel's anniversary so they also gave me treats.

施設、設備自体は新しく清潔感があり快適ですが、今回は床（カーペット）の清掃が不十分でした。ラウンジにはスナックとドリンクがあり、無料で楽しめますが、朝食があれば、より満足度が高い宿泊になったと思います。フロアごとの客室が少ないので、静かでゆっくり過ごせる環境だと思います。交通の便もよく、旅行には適していると思います。あとは個人的な希望ですが、ワークデスクがあればいいなと感じました。

入住時女員工有說有附早餐，在訂房時也有確認過是有早餐但是隔天要去吃早餐時，餐廳沒人服務特地下去1樓詢問，男員工卻說我們沒有早餐？！因為語言不通，第一次想說是不是搞錯了，第二次還用翻譯軟體詢問男員工堅持我們沒有附早餐不知道是不是哪裡出問題了提醒大家訂房時要多確認一下其他服務都很好

近天神南站，走路可到大丸百貨、天神地下街，近中州、運河，公車兩站到櫛田神社。但最棒的還是飯店服務超讚、每天附早餐、大廳像博物館，最後一天還送小煎餅當伴手禮，幫忙叫車，大台的兩分鐘就來，一切非常的舒服，大推薦！

텐진 미나미역에서 도보로 10분 이내 거리라서 교통은 괜찮고 쇼핑하러 가기도 좋아요. 일단 새로 생긴 호텔이라그런지 매우 깨끗하고 친절합니다. 화장실이나 샤워실이 방음같은 건 안되서 그 부분에서 예민하다면 조금 문제가 될 순 있겠지만 주변에 상권도 좋고해서 저는 다음번에도 이용할 예정입니다.

정갈한 아침 식사가 일본을 느끼게 해서 좋았어요. 일식이었지만 식재가 보편적인 것들이어서 대부분의 아시아인이라면 입에 맞을 거예요. 프론트 직원들도 모두 친절했고 호텔 위치도 적절했어요. 이 세상에 완벽한 건 없듯이 단점도 없진 않았습니다. 발코니가 없다거나, 도시뷰가 낮은 건물의 지붕만 보여서 좀 갑갑했다거나.... 하지만 저에겐 단점보다 장점이 더 크게 다가와서 기분 좋은 곳으로만 기억되는 곳입니다^^
