The check in process is in a different building and separate location than the room where you will stay which is inconvenient. The building where you check is difficult to find and unmarked from the outside. Staff was unhelpful and unfriendly which is extremely rare in Japan. The actual hotel is located in a busy bar district which is great but outside sound comes in the room easily, so not a good setup for light sleepers. It finally started to quiet down around 6am. There’s plenty of great hotels in Fukuoka and the surrounding area. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

The beds are pretty cool and its pretty spacious for three people. Though the steps from the bathroom and the landing is pretty high - always have to remind ourselves there is a huge step in front of us. Having Netflix was such a bonus. The reception is not at the hotel - but we knew that way in advance when booking the accommodation and plenty of reminders from the hotel to let us know that. The staff was very friendly, we arrived from a long flight and they agree on a slightly earlier check in which was much appreciated.

Very small but cosy room. The blanket is super comfortable, location is good and near to shopping area and don quijote.

cosy place for big groups/family. though it’s an unmanned property, the receptionist/staff from the chat was very helpful and replied promptly! very friendly people :) space not exactly big but has almost everything you need, from standard amenities to utensils to humidifier to projector, etc. only downside was that it can get rather loud and noisy on a friday night. but they do provide ear plugs.
