Fukuda Beach

Clean, nice and friendly! So far this hotel was the best place we’ve been! The location was right next to the sea, with a nice view from the hotel. And we really enjoyed the modern design of the room and their restaurant! Plus their staff were very friendly and helpful! We were driving there, they guided us and provided free parking for our stays. We highly recommend this place for all young couples and families!

父の喜寿祝いで、3世代の大勢（2棟借り）で宿泊させていただきました。 ベッドに寝転びながら目の前に富士山が広がる最高の立地です。大自然と富士山に囲まれた、まさに極上のリゾート空間でした。子供たちはカブトムシやクワガタ探しに夢中で、実際にクワガタを見つけた時は大興奮していました。 夕食は囲炉裏でのBBQ。持ち込んだ地元の食材を自分たちで焼いていただきました。炭火で焼く食材の美味しさは格別でした！網や鉄板、トング、食器類、調味料などが全て完璧に用意されており、足りない食材も購入できたので、とても助かりました。 移動中は雷雨で不安な気持ちだったのですが、到着した際にはスタッフさんが外に出て待っていてくださり、一気にホッと安心できました。親切で温かい接客に感謝しています。 ウェルカムドリンクやアイスのおもてなしに加え、朝は用意されているコーヒー豆を自分で挽いていただくことができ、日頃の忙しさを忘れて優雅な朝のひとときを過ごせました。 チェックアウト後にはお抹茶体験までさせていただきました。大人だけでなく子供たちにとっても非常に貴重な体験で大喜び！美味しかったようで、子供たちも全員残さず飲みきっていました。 心身ともにリフレッシュでき、家族みんなの素晴らしい思い出になりました。またぜひ利用させていただきたいです！本当にありがとうございました。

We loved staying at Mikansei! Our room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed ourselves in the shared spaces, including the kitchen, bathrooms, and communal areas. Our hosts, Claire and Shiro, were incredibly gracious, sharing their knowledge about the Oi river valley and Japan in general, as well as their time, and taking an interest in their guests. They gave us some great advice on making a our day trip up the valley on the Oigawa Railway even better, and invited us to a group dinner / cooking class with other house guests and as a friend from the village. We felt very welcome and taken care of. This is such a beautiful area to explore, and Mikansei made a perfect home base. I only wish we'd had more time there.
