The staff was very accommodating. There aren't any restaurants around, so including meals with your reservation is highly recommended.

Pretty impressed with their thoughtfulness and excellent service!
Deposited my luggage with them before check in so I could go sightseeing. When I came back to check in, they told me they had already transported my luggage to my room! In addition, they offered me a hot towel and a choice of free welcome drink (you can choose from beer to soft drink or a snack). The breakfast is wonderful too! Piping hot miso soup based hotpot served with dishes made from local ingredients. Only drawback is it is a 10 min walk from Toyooka JR Station.
