Surrounded and embedded by the beautiful and exclusive thatched-roof houses and three generously laid out ponds in the Kranichsruh resort in Fuhlendorf.
The high-quality furnishings in country house style and the wonderful garden by the large pond will get your holiday off to an immediate start. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living/dining area with a fully equipped fitted kitchen, dining table with a view of the water, seating area with flat-screen TV, music system with iPad and free Wi-Fi internet access via fibre optic network. The house has been awarded 5 *****, the highest possible award from the DTV. This means first-class facilities with exclusive comfort as well as a generous offer in excellent quality and a well-kept, exceptional overall impression. Underfloor heating throughout the house, guest WC, cloakroom and utility room with washing machine are all included. A wood-burning stove provides a cosy and atmospheric ambience even on cooler days. We are happy to provide you with the wood for the initial firing, please add any additional requirements. For a restful night's sleep, there are two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds on the upper floor. You can enjoy the Finnish sauna in the large bathroom with a large walk-in shower and corner bath. You are welcome to bring your dog with you, preferably well behaved. However, it is not permitted to bring more than one dog, and cats are also not allowed. .
The outdoor whirlpool (optional) with 36-degree water in the garden provides further relaxation. ( Use at your own risk and in compliance with the care instructions, children not without supervision ) In the newly built 5-star resort, the 700 square metre waterfront property is surrounded by exclusive thatched-roof houses directly on a 2000 square metre pond, enclosed on the street side with a fieldstone wall and offers peace and relaxation. The approx. 50 square metre terraces face the sun, a beach chair and an exclusive, swivelling garden lounger as well as garden furniture are available. Since the house is located on a water property (large pond), it is only conditionally suitable for children. The property is fenced on three sides. 2 bicycles are at your disposal free of charge (at your own risk), but their use cannot be claimed in the event of a defect. The same applies to the outdoor whirlpool, the care instructions must be strictly adhered to.
Terms and conditions: The tenant must treat the rented property with care. He undertakes to report and replace any damage that may have occurred. No liability is accepted for any items brought into the house by the tenant. The use of garden furniture, bicycles, beach chair, whirlpool, electric barbecue etc. is at the tenant's own risk. The landlord has no influence on disturbances occurring outside the property, such as construction noise, loud music, etc., and is expressly not liable for these. The times for this are regulated in the local bylaws. Since January 2022, the municipality has levied a visitor's tax on site.
There is a beach for swimming on the Bodden in the immediate vicinity (approx. 200 m). Another beach in Bodstedt with a large sunbathing lawn is only approx. 500 metres away. The long sandy beaches of the Baltic Sea can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by car. The newly built Zeesenboot- und Jachthafen in Bodstedt with its quaint harbour restaurant and beautiful terrace is a worthwhile destination and can be reached in 7 minutes on foot. A ferry to Born and Prerow also departs from here. The neighbouring forest is ideal for long walks in the beautiful countryside.
