Within the urbanization, a refreshing communal swimming pool is available for guests, perfect for disconnecting and cooling off (subject to community schedules and dates) 🏊♂️. The apartment, accessible by stairs or elevator, opens to a small reception area that connects to an independent kitchen and a bright living-dining room, both spaces ideal for sharing moments of coexistence with family or friends. The accommodation has two bedrooms: a main one with a double bed and direct access to the terrace, and another with two single beds plus an extra bed, both with fans for greater comfort. Air conditioning is installed in the living room and the secondary bedroom, ensuring a cool rest during the nights 🌙❄️. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, and small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster and kettle, making it easy to prepare delicious meals 🍳☕.
