"There was a huge party, in the pool, extremely loud and heavy alcohol use. You couldn’t use the elevator for 2 to 3 cycles because people on the elevator were just riding it up and down never getting off. They just stayed in the elevator smoking substances other than tobacco . Cops came beating on doors at 3am due to 2 toddlers on the 3rd floor roaming the halls unattended and hotel staff and police couldn’t get anyone to claim the kids until after 5am. Staffs answer to what was going on was: “things happen”"

"Well I didn't look at the pictures good enough because if I did, there's no way I would had booked this room. There are tile floors, room has a mold/mildew odor coming from it. Bottom of the bed looks like it's dirty. Tub had what appeared to be rust or mold. Very old outdated hotel. Even the comforter has a hole in it. I would not recommend nor will I stay here again. I booked with hotel.com, and I can't wait to tell them how the pictures look nothing like the actual room. The staff was great, so I'll give them one 🌟 more than the minimum."

"Our stay at Westside River Ranch & Rodeo was an unforgettable experience for the whole family. The property is beautiful, well-maintained while keeping the rustic rodeo/ranch look, and offers a true Florida ranch experience for everyone. The Saturday night rodeo was one of the highlights of our trip. Watching the talented riders, barrel racers, and bull riders compete under the lights created an exciting and authentic western atmosphere that the whole family enjoyed. The energy, entertainment, and community spirit made it a memorable experience. The new water park was another favorite. With thrilling water slides, a relaxing pool area, and fun splash zones for our youngest, it was the perfect place to cool off and spend a sunny Florida afternoon, even when some rain tried to keep us from it. We also loved the variety of excursions and outdoor activities available throughout the ranch. From airboat rides and swamp buggy tours to fishing, archery, mini golf, there was never a dull moment. Every activity gave us the opportunity to enjoy Florida’s natural beauty while creating lasting memories together. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help make our stay special. Whether you're looking for a family getaway, a romantic escape, or a unique vacation experience, this property offers something for everyone."
