Frithsden Vineyard

The property was in a nice neighborhood. Our room was in the basement which was poorly ventilated. The laminate floor was water damaged and breaking apart. The bathroom was dirty and the shower didn’t work properly. We notified the front desk on Friday, but it was never fixed through our stay the following Thursday. We were asked to use the common bathroom two floors up. There was no linen service for the week. Because of the poor ventilation, no air conditioning, or screen on the window, there was no real way to cool or dehumidify the room. Leaving the window completely open to bugs or other was not an option. It was difficult because of the heat wave and general lack of comfort s, which we do realize is a regional norm.

The property was clean and in a great central location, near Regent Park, Soho, the British Museum, etc. The lobby was a cozy place to hang out and the breakfast was an easy way to start the day.
