This newly renovated island home is located on the beautiful Ocean Point golf course.  Overlooking a peaceful lagoon, you will enjoy watching the amazing wildlife from your back deck.  It’s the perfect spot for a Lowcountry getaway!

Inside you will find everything you need for a casual beach vacation including wide open living spaces and an updated, well-stocked kitchen.  Three tastefully decorated bedrooms are on the main floor, along with two bathrooms; and there is an additional loft bedroom on the second floor.  There is plenty of room for 8 guests to spread out and relax.

Take the golf cart, included with your stay, and enjoy a quick 5-minute ride to the beach.  Enjoy all of the Resort amenities including golf, dining, pools and more with available Club cards. 
 
Club cards are required to access pools, tennis courts, restaurants and the two championship golf courses. Guest cards are $55 weekly from Memorial Day through Labor Day and $39 weekly during the rest of the year, due to limited seasonal hours at these facilities. Club cards must be arranged prior to arrival.  A resort fee of  12.8% of the total rent will be charged, in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards, for access to the Resort amenities.

A few notes about the island - We are club members which means that the Club amenity cards are available for purchase.

The Fripp Island Club requires amenity cards for you to frequent their amenities. These amenities include golfing, playing tennis, going to the restaurants on Fripp, going to the swimming pools and the fitness room.  
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

There are a few places on Fripp Island that you do not need an amenity card. SpringTide Market is at the front of the island that has a large menu at their deli. From breakfast sandwiches to family BBQ meals, there is a lot to choose from. There is also a deli at the Marina that serves sandwiches and salads. The Fripp Ship and Mango stores are fun to go into for your perfect souvenir.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment.
