「入り口は分かりにくいが、全体的には満足出来る施設だと思います。 リゾートの名前をホテルにつけるだけあって、色々とおもてなしが出来る環境が揃ってます。 部屋が離れにある為（独立型のアパートメント）毎回外に出ないといけないのが少し不便でした。冬での利用の為とっても寒い。」

I wanted to cancel my trip a day after the free cancellation window ended but a day before the trip start due to medical reasons. 「Lot was puddled and looks like it just was constructed. difficult to exit driveway as it is very busy at this site. Breakfast was ok but i likt other hiltob properties.」

「We arrived at 4pm and they gave away our room to someone else in error because they didn't bother to check the name. So we had to settle for a smaller room that was not as clean as expected for a newer hotel. Very disappointed. The best part of tge stay was their pancake machine ar breakfast. Even though I travel through the area often, I won't be going back. Definitely not up to Hilton hotel group standards.」

「Comfortable room」

「This is an Old Dump, paid for 50 years ago yet they soak you for this terrible road side room . Hell it was like a kennel there were so many dogs . Dog pissed in elevator . Lovely .Bath tub , with no water spout, dog scratches in the tub , I guess a dog had it before us .Room was worn and nasty , chair was broken , chair was worn and torn . One elevator was malfunctioning, the breakfast was crap, dingy little area , I refused to even try to get some food or eat there. This is an 80.00 room and...

「ダブルベッドで予約したが、初めシングル1台の部屋に案内された。部屋の変更をお願いし、ダブルベッドの部屋はsold outとのことで、キングベッド一台とカウチソファベッドの部屋になった。ソファベッドの寝具がかなり汚かったため、シーツと枕カバーを交換し、何とか5人で泊まった。トラブル後の対応は丁寧でした。」
