「It's the perfect place to be right near the opening of the state park. There're food and things to do right down the street. I couldn't recommend it enough.」

「The apartment is the main floor of an old home. It is located very close to downtown/historic Oakland. All the rooms are very spacious and minimalist aesthetic. It was a great base for our Garret County adventure. We were a party of 3. But a floor mattress makes it possible for a 4th. I only recommend bringing you own drinking water.」

「Well, it is a small place right on the trail. No front desk but the connected grocery store was very helpful. Check in was a breeze, although leaving my bike in the lobby made me nervous. Thankfully a helpful staff person assured me it would be ok and it was!
