"Comfortable and spacious room. Calling the area "River Park" isn’t very accurate, as it is some distance to the north Fresno highly regarded shopping area, but it's true it is closer to River Park than the vast majority of Fresno hotels. The bed was great for a good long sleep."

"They have great breakfast here and an indoor pool which is nice. Friendly staff and it is clean. The only thing I didn't like were the pillows. They are really flat and my neck hurt the next morning. Otherwise, it was great."

"The wifi sucks and I pay alot of money every monthy daughter who to school and she can't even do her homework I need some accommodation need some or something or deal on the hotel plus the washer and dryer don't work this place sucks .the hotel on Blackstone and herndon the address 6730 N Blackstone I pay over 2,400 I need a better wifi or premium WiFi for free .I'm not happy customer at all"

"The staff was not at all the issue. They were great, despite the fact that one person was trying to manage several jobs at once, and I suspect making measly minimum wage. This place was FILTHY! There were layers of dust and grime on so many surfaces in my room. It was just disgusting. Also, the room had no microwave so the desk clerk had to find one from another room and hand carry it to mine. The stairwells were littered with cigarette butts and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. I was woken up at 4:30am on day 1 by a guy operating a loud leaf blower in the parking lot! Then on day 2, I was woken up at 4:00AM by a lady in an adjacent room to mine who decided to prop her door open and talk to someone on her phone on speaker mode. This place gave me the vibe that it was a low income housing project rather that an Extended Stay Hotel. I will not be back. If I were Extended Stay America, I would be very concerned that this is the type of product associated with your marketing brand name."
