Pros: lots of food and shopping nearby, modest breakfast included, free parking Cons: rundown facilities, unsafe area with lots of police activity, problems in all 3 rooms experienced during our stay I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. On the day of check-in, I called ahead to check my reservation, confirm adjoining rooms, and to notify of late check-in. Upon arrival, not only were my rooms not next to each other, they weren’t even on the same floor. The first room had a horribly pungent cat pee smell and no toilet seat. We were given a new room even further away from our second room and still on different floors. The second room had a tv that didn’t work, a bathroom with a busted out door jamb, and lights that only operated on sensors so they either turned off automatically or they all turned on when there was movement in the room. We did not request a room change but we did notify the front desk of the broken tv. Nothing was done about it during our stay. The friendly staff was the only redemption. Both of our key cards were deactivated after our first night and the front desk clerk escorted us to both rooms in the pouring rain to confirm they were properly reactivated. The breakfast server was helpful and constantly restocked the items offered. I might not have minded this overall experience if I was still in my twenties, but this was definitely not an experience I wanted to share with my family and young child.

This hotel was nearly empty upon arrival. Unsafe crowd of people outside of the hotel lead to my decision to leave and book a room somewhere else. The hotel did not give me a refund even though I never checked in. These reviews are misleading, not a safe surrounding area.

The first room the commode didn’t flush. The second room the door handle only worked occasionally. There was very little hot water that night and none the next morning. And after about 30 minutes of the front desk man telling me he couldn’t print out a receipt because the night lady hadn’t registered me he finally realized that he was looking under another hotel in the computer.

Nice people at guest service. We stood 3 nights while our house was being fumigated for termites. Recommend if you are looking for a cheap clean room. The area is ok. Better than most places in Fresno. I thought it would be a good place to check in for people coming from the Airport going to Yosemite. It’s right off the 41 freeway. Or for anyone who has to stay here in Fresno. Also, they are pet friendly.

The young woman at the front desk was very rude and acted like she was doing us a favour. The hotel charged me $45 for my small dog plus $50 deposit. The place is located in a very dodgy neighborhood with lots of vagrants. Felt unsafe walking my dog. There are no places to eat nearby unless you want fast food. We had booked a king room, but the last king was in a corner with a tiny window and it smelled very musty. We were given a double room instead, which was not what we paid for.
