「When we arrived in our room the guests in the room beside ours were unbearably noisy. We called the front desk about it twice, but the noise didn't let up, so we went down to the front desk to tell them in person that the noise level hadn't changed, and we were graciously offered another room. The rest of our night was quiet.」
「A very unique place. Outside looks like any house in the neighborhood, but once you step inside, it feels like you’ve stepped into a medieval castle of sorts. Amazing old world charm, and works of art and pictures everywhere. In the dining room are a lot of pictures of the house thru the years so you can see the progression. I was told the house is over 300 years old.

「Only complaint is that despite being a "Smoke-Free" hotel, you can definitely tell that people have smoked in the building. It's not a strong odor, but you do smell cigarette smoke when getting off the elevators and in the room that I was in.
