FRIENDLINESS OF RESTAURANT STAFF INSUFFICIENT CLEANING OF ROOM

Very nice hotel in a strange part of center of city. Unfortunately, will not stay there again

Comfortable, spacious hotel with helpful staff. Convenient location yet quiet. Historical building and although a little dated, clean and homey.

Excellent location.

Rooms are gorgeous and exceptionally clean. Our check in was great with one of the staff members showing us different rooms so we could choose where our family would stay. We booked three rooms. Two of the three were exceptional. One room had no air conditioning the first nigth which was frankly quite miserable. When I asked for a credit toward the first night stay for that room only, I was told by a different staff member they don't do anything to compenste, but would give me breakfast for two o our six family members. Based upon what I spent for three rooms, I would have thought this would have been handled better. Property is beautiful. Most of the staff was amazing and very helpful. Would reccommend...just check the air before you commit to the rrom, especially when there is a heat wave!
