「Our first room was very dirty and disgusting upon check in. Very obvious the room was not cleaned. We found what looked like poop on the back of the bathroom door, pubic hair on the soap dish, and a fake nail on the floor in front of the sink. I went to the front desk, and the young man working was very helpful. He moved us to another room and walked it before turning in over to us, to make sure it was clean.
