Looking for the perfect spot to spend your time in Fredericksburg? Come and stay in one of our cozy tiny homes; each one has its own unique style and layout. Tiny but spacious describes the home's interior. Each has a comfortable place to sit and relax and either a full kitchen or kitchenette (microwave & Refrigerator only) for making a delicious snack or meal. Outside you have your own private patio to take in the stunning sunset while sipping on a glass of wine. What are you waiting for? Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots. Somewhat disappointed. No exterminator. Wasps, spiders and ants. Half a roll of toilet paper for a three day stay. We purchased our own. Limited kitchen supplies and no toiletry supplies. No cleaning supplies for tidying up at check-out. No AC upstairs. Bed frame is broken and mattress is partially hanging off the frame. Exterior is impressive but does not reflect interior experience. Sadly, the experience was mediocre at best.

Little smaller than expected

House was a little smaller than expected. I would not advise anyone with small kids to use these small houses. The stairs going up are very steep. Other than that, it’s good for a short time of 2-3 days.

I absolutely loved how clean the cottage was, loved the deck for morning coffee, everything was almost perfect. The only drawback which is a pretty big deal for us was the bed. The bed definitely needs to be upgraded. We did not get much sleep at all.

Birthday Weekend!

Wonderful property, great wine and food. Live music was amazing! Tiny homes were clean and so quaint. Loved the evenings on the patio with our friends. The lights on the path lighted our way beautifully. We will be back!!!!

Cutest tiny home

I love the tiny house. It’s very roomy for only being under 400 sq ft and clean. I do have some critiques though. I did not like that there was a washer and dryer we were unable to use in there. Also i know they did warn us about the no pots and pans and plates but it is a huge inconvenience. For the price you pay you’d think it would include those things. It also didn’t have hand soap in the bathroom for you. Not sure the reasoning behind these things but i do think this would make a great addition to the properties.

Perfect for what we needed

The property was great (needs some lights at night bc it is very dark). Our cottage was super cute and slept 3 adults - my friend and I had a great time on the beds at the top (not the comfiest beds but they worked for 2 nights). The manager was very clear the kitchen did not come stocked (no problem), however, we were in need of some soap. Overall, it was a great experience!
