"What a wonderful place! The whole vibe is very chilled and friendly. Peter and Bradley were just wonderful hosts and were so kind and helpful. My room was gorgeous - bright, clean and beautifully decorated, and with a free bottle of champagne and terrace! The staff are so happy and helpful, the breakfast was also delicious with plenty of cooked to order choices. The spaces are decorated with Peter's incredible abstract floral artworks that reflect the beauty of the gardens and open spaces in the property. The property is perfectly located on a pretty side street just off the main road so you are steps away from art galleries, wonderful bars and restaurants. Thank you Peter and Bradley for making my stay a wonderful one!"

"The staff at this hotel are amazing. Very helpful and really friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The room we had was beautiful and always clean. We had a turndown each night with a little surprise that was left for us like chocolate, hot chocolate etc. This is a must hotel if you are staying in Franschhoek. Great location also."

The property itself is absolutely stunning—surrounded by vineyards and mountains, it feels like a serene escape. Our room was beautiful and thoughtfully prepared with anniversary goodies from the manager, Annette, who also took the time to personally greet us at breakfast, which made the experience feel even more special. Every detail, from the attentive service to the relaxed yet elegant vibe, made our stay exceptional. We left feeling so cared for and already can’t wait to return—perhaps in the summer or during harvest season to experience Mont Rochelle in a different light."
