Everything from the way we were greeted with a wine tasting our first night, to the beautiful grounds, to our well appointed room, to the lovely breakfasts made it a great stay. One cool night we requested that the staff light the fire in our fireplace so it would be warm when we returned. Returning after dinner to a room lit by the fireplace was just delightful. If it wasn't so far away, we'd happily return often for a couple's getaway!」

「Plumwood boutique hotel was situated close to all the amenities in Franschhoek. The room was spotless. The staff were excellent on always on hand to help us. We had an amazing breakfast with a fantastic choice. Lovely little touches such as a bed turndown, message on our pillow, slippers, hot and cold drinks always available and a beautiful bracelet as a parting gift.
