well, door didnt seal at all, small bathroom, ended up with bed bug bites all over me, didn't use pool or hot tub, laundry, was not the motel i thought it should be

The spa is actually across the street and not in the building, the staff are lovely! I didn’t have a wash cloth my first night but who is washing with rags anyway? Other than that, no complaints.

Great place but with a lot of stairs and no breakfast. Very clean and with all you need for a stay. Would stay again.

I had to plan a last-minute trip to visit Puerto Rico for family matters, and the staff at Tropical Beach Hotel were incredibly accommodating.
