"This is our second time staying here and we’ll definitely be back! It’s such a great location. Even on a holiday weekend, the place felt quiet and the beach was not crowded. It was a hot weekend, so the under deck area was a great retreat from the for the kids to play. And the upper deck is great for evenings in the summer. It was so nice to see the beach and sunrise from the deck. Great stay!"

"The apartment was nice size, I had marked on my application that I was handicapped and being on the second floor was a little problematic. The bed in the master bedroom was a torture rack, after a few hours we discovered that the twin beds were much more comfortable and that is where we slept. "We enjoyed our stay at the Cason House. We were there for a wedding that was in Callahan. The location was perfect for us and close to everything in the Amelia Island area. We arrived three days before the wedding so we could explore the area. We had six people in our party and the house was very comfortable for all of us, including my 94 year old dad. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch having coffee every morning. Privacy was good as the house is the last one on a dead end street."

"Location, location, location! This property was directly on the water with private beach access, private pool, and is close to everything! The space was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and is PERFECT for a couple. I wouldn't recommend for a family, but it was exactly what my husband and I wanted. The Murphy bed was super easy to set up and very comfy. The host was very responsive, had all the basic necessities provided - even a surprise bottle of wine (& wine opener). We cannot wait to return!"
