This place was the absolute worst! It was dirty from the moment we walked in. Dirty rug in the elevator upon entry, rugs torn into rooms. Two elevators should have been taken down to one and the other used for construction. It’s confusing why hotels stay open during construction because it all looks bad. Construction workers who don’t care about the properties cleanliness. And with staff not caring either or being overworked from their job and cleaning construction debris. The same clothes hanger stayed lying in the parking lot from the time I came one day and left later the next. One car left which was parked next to me when moved, was several plastic spoons and forks as if someone ate in the parking lot and just threw these items down. The room was very hot when we entered and kept turning off. Several times going through the lobby, there was no staff in sight but the aroma of marijuana was very present. The chair in our room looked very damaged and weathered and a black leather chair had white paint droppings all over it. These things caused us not to want to sit on anything. This placed is the prime example of ghetto. I took many pics to back up all I have listed here. The place from Beginning to end was pathetic and appalling!

I got in town about 3am so check in was really late. They provide a code but NEVER mention that you’ll use the same code to access everything. The instruction indicate you’ll receive a separate code for parking. Also they changed my location at the last minute the unit was still nice but the location was in the middle of a bad area. I saw drug deals happening as I was driving to my unit ( if you know you know) is the area is There were no walkable streets and nothing close by for shopping and coffee. The area may be more of an up and coming are but that is not my preference as my original booking location was in a location more to my liking. And whoever was in the unit above me was loud with a bunch of children stomping over my head. I got NO Sleep. There was also a domestic dispute early Sunday morning

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and hotel. The breakfast staff was very friendly.
