Great hotel for a shirt break to visit Iguazu waterfalls. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was tasty, and the are safe and with a lot of choices for food.

Brazil tour

Wonderful hotel in the middle of town. It is clean and well kept and the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants and amenities nearby. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay in iguacu, good valur for money, clean room, comfortable bed, breakfast is simple but good, the personnel is very professional and do a great job. For a quick trip this place is great, wll located, lots of food options near.

Nice express hotel with NO GF options breakfast

Nice express hotel well located in quiet area with many options of restaurants. Italo supermarket is at 3 minutes walking. Spacious room with good A/C the washbasin is next to the bed and has no hot water, no hairdryer in the room you have to request at the reception. The options of the breakfast is the same evey day. I requested in advance gluten free options and the representative of the hotel wrote me that I have to pay extra!!! I refused to pay extra because if the breakfast is included in the hotel rate at least they should offer gluten free bread.

Estadia tranquila, considerando que permaneci apenas por 1 diária no hotel. Cheguei próximo da meia-noite e fiz o check-in de forma rápida e eficiente, com ótimo atendimento pelo funcionário do turno noturno. Isso facilitou bastante o acesso ao quarto, sem qualquer contratempo. Me hospedei com um amigo e encontramos o quarto limpo, organizado e preparado para uma boa noite de descanso. O banheiro é um pouco compacto, mas nada que comprometa a experiência. O café da manhã se mostrou bem servido, com boa variedade de itens e opções para diferentes gostos. No check-out, as funcionárias da recepção foram extremamente educadas e prestativas, oferecendo orientações sobre passeios na cidade e também sobre a visita a Ciudad del Este para compras. No geral, uma boa experiência para uma estadia rápida.

De modo geral hotel com excelente custo benefício, moderno e muito bem localizado. Café da manhã de um dos dias o suco de laranja estava passado. Outra situação estranha foi quando voltei de um longo dia de atividades a noite por volta de umas 22:30 o recepcionista, que me atendeu no 1o dia, veio em questionar do número do meu quarto pois eu tinha sido registrado em outro…explicou que estranhos não entraram no meu quarto, mas me gerou um desconforto pq a fala meio que “mas seu quarto não é o outro?” Considero isso uma falha de segurança grava. Mas voltaria sim a me hospedar por conta da boa experiência de modo geral.

Minha experiência geral no hotel foi positivamente marcada pela excelente localização e pelo café da manhã de boa qualidade. No entanto, a experiência de check-out foi extremamente decepcionante e inflexível. Cheguei à recepção às 11h para finalizar e solicitei apenas 10 minutos de tolerância para tomar um banho rápido e desocupar o quarto. Fui informado de que, se ultrapassasse 12h01, seria cobrada uma diária extra completa, e o mais grave: mesmo pagando, eu não poderia permanecer no quarto, sendo forçado a procurar outra acomodação. Essa falta de cortesia e a rigidez nas regras do check-out às 12h, sem a menor consideração por poucos minutos, comprometeu seriamente a boa impressão que eu tinha do estabelecimento. É algo que o hotel precisa urgentemente rever.
