「Really nice staff!」

「The room was damp and smelled dirty. The lamp shade was stained. The TV was mounted so tacky. The floor of the shower was stained (looked dirty). The vent to the ac was molded as well as the light fixture above the ac. We had 1 towel, wash cloth and hand towel. We reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen size beds and were given 2 rooms with 1 King size bed. The clerk was able to get us 1 room with queen beds all the others were taken. We made our reservation at least a month in advance. No reason for us...

「Absolutely perfect – exceeded all expectations!」
