"I made my reservation because the rating was 8.5 on Expedia. The price was very inexpensive so I thought it was a hidden gem. But the room was not inviting. The walls, ceiling and carpet in my room were in poor repair and needed cleaning. The reception staff was great. Parking was good. I expected better because of the rating on Expedia of 8.5. I would give it a 4. I will not stay there again."

"There are full time tenants living in other parts of this house, including above this unit. We were awoken at 4:58am by the upstairs tenant stomping around with shoes on for over ten minutes, which is not something I would ever intentionally pay for. We really liked this spot otherwise - it has character and the pictures online don't really do it justice. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was also in a convenient location. But if you value an upstairs tenant extending basic courtesy in the wee hours by not stomping around above your rental, you might not appreciate this location. "

"The customer service of the manager was excellent. Have stayed here many times but now the renovations are done it’s nice. The room was very clean- soundproof windows would be a good idea but it is what it is. Coffee was excellent but we don’t have time for the breakfast. "
