"Staff in front of house - in particular Gaiska (a trainee) was superb. Thank you Gaiska for bringing whatever we needed to our room. However food in restaurant for dinner was awful. This is what meant a 4 star over 5. Skip the buffet and have dinner in Tekapo. The cafe food is great if you can wait till 1030am. Views are out of this world from room. Definitely book premium room."
