Fountain Hills Vacations from ￥228,892

The hotel was exactly as expected, and overall, we had a great stay! The room was clean, the layout was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only minor downside was that the walls had some visible scuffs and damage from general wear and tear, which could use a little attention. Aside from that, everything was great, and we enjoyed our stay.

Front desk staff was on her phone while attending me to check in, charged two cards and made a whole mess for the deposit hold and again the whole time on her phone scrolling through her social feeds and eating a banana the whole time while communicating nothing. Also the elevators were broken had to walk from point A to point Z and on top of that the elevator smelled like vomit.

The Denu was only open for three weeks when I checked in. The room was very nice. Beds were super comfortable. A plus was the Nespresso coffee machine in the room with a small refrigerator. Not much of a view because it is downtown surrounded by buildings. The rooftop pool was small but nice and the loungers were comfortable. There was a rooftop bar with nice drinks and small bites as well as seating with several fire pits. The main dining area also had a nice bar and the food is delicious. Staff were great. Drawbacks- not enough hooks in the bathroom for towels and such; not enough hangers in the closet and you have to request ice from housekeeping. Small things that would not prevent me from going there again
