"Well, on the positive side - the hotel is new, especially the bathroom. Big walk-in shower - no phone booth - and it has a closing door. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is very clean. It is well located in Livorno - close to everything. It is also very quiet from street noise, a hard thing to say is always the case in Italy."

"Room was clean enough and good condition. However it was our last night after various stops over Italy, and all we wanted was to check in, hang out by the pool and get some food in the restaurant. We got there and to our surprise (there was no information when booking) the pool was shut until July and the restaurant was not open in the evening for some unknown reason.
