Sehr schöne, ruhige und sichere Lage. Private Atmosphäre auf der Terrasse. Mobiliar sehr veraltet, teilweise modriger Geruch aus den Schränken. Duschabtrennung im OG defekt. Küchenausstattung ist erneuerungs- und erweiterungsbedürftig (Besteck mit ausgebrochenen Plastikgriffen, völlig verkalkter Wasserkocher, Topf-, Pfannen-, Gläsersortiment. Reinigung erfolgte sehr oberflächlich.
