「Second stay at The Beland: beautiful, clean rooms, comfy beds. Awesome game room with fridge. Very quiet even though it’s near a major business area downtown. Definitely recommend! Communication with hosts was through, quick, and easy. 」

「This house is, indeed, charming and accommodating. The boho decor was spot on and the original bungalow charm was left in tact. Very safe neighborhood too. We had everything we needed plus!! The flow of the house and comfortable furniture is perfect for several people. We will be back!! 」

She said this is the nicest rental they have every stayed in and they have stayed in a lot of them around the country. She said it had so many thoughtful extras that she hasn't seen in other rentals.
