"Overall the apartment was nice and clean. The bedroom window does face the hall under a sky light. The hall lights never go off so the bedroom was fairly bright at night for sleeping. The bed was definitely comfortable and you could tell was a descent mattress. The a/c was nice and cold and the room was close to the elevator which was great for luggage and 3 flights of stairs. Something I wish we would have known where that the complex does not allow golf carts. Because you are on the north end and everything is south you can spend a lot of time going in between. I wish we would have rented bikes early and had (Tim’s bike shop will deliver for free) them there for when we arrived. The bikes were a game changer for getting around. The beach you can walk to from the room is not the ocean per se, but one of the inlets. You need to go to the North beach which is only a mile away if you want bigger waves to play in. South beach has even bigger waves, but was packed. The inlet area is really nice just to hang out and relax and much less crowded. Overall, the room is in a nice area that’s quiet and not part of the tourist hub. We walked each morning to the coffee shop to grab coffee and a muffin. Definitely get there early! Would recommend and book again."

"Bella Costa was lovely. Every host communication was quick and easy and they were both professional and friendly.The house really was just like the photos - I've stayed other places where that was not the case.The kitchen was excellent, with way more kitchen gear than STRs usually have. We really cooked a family meal for 16 (with 9 staying overnight and others being local).It was great having so many bathrooms, all clean, and laundry machines as well so nobody had to travel home with "beachy" clothes.We will definitely consider this home or others managed by Southern Belle again."

"We feel as though the property served its purpose with overall being nice with a great location to the beach. The pool was nice. However, our specific room needed tending to. There were a few stains on the curtains and our bedding. The bathroom floor was cracked and if stepping on it incorrectly, could injure foot. Overall, served its purpose as a place to stay close to the beach."

"There were HUNDREDS OF DOLPHINS each day playing which you can enjoy watching from the balcony. The beach is accessible but is more like a lake day with no waves. If you are looking for the beach experience I suggest to drive to a public beach access and pay to park. Also kayaks are NOT INCLUDED. Nothing negative towards Carol since that part of the description is automated through company and she is unable to remove. All in all, we had a great time and enjoyed Carol's condo. Perfect location and price and would love to visit again each year. Carol is a wonderful host and responds almost instantly. Thank you Carol for allowing us to visit your wonderful condo."

"Loved the place but you get what you pay for. Lots of steps to climb and hallways and elevator were not air conditioned. Saw several small bugs in bathroom. No batteries in remote so we purchased and installed. Sliding door did not slide well at all. Bed in very small with very little room to exit bed on side. Wall to wall bed in tiny room. Perfect for a young couple."
