"Covered parking was so nice we don’t have to get in a hot car from the sun. Rooms were all clean, the little snacks were great my teen daughters loved the snacks. Small walk to the beach with all of the beach gear but my girls were happy to walk down to sit on the beach for hours with snacks! We did not swim in the pool as we were at the beach for hours. We loved the fountain and hearing the ducks we made up names for them all. My girls and I had a nice relaxing time we would definitely come back "

"We had an excellent stay! The condo had everything we needed and the location is perfect. It’s a short walk or drive to both Pensacola beach Gulf side and Pensacola Bay. It’s also a quick drive to Gulf Islands National Seashore. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"Such a great place!! Very spacious and well equipped. Even had an ice maker and all the things for the beach. First time in Pensacola and this area was beautiful. The beach was very private with only a few others out, granted it was March. The house still had a great view despite being back just one row, and still having extremely short walk down the ramp to the beach. Incredible sunrise and sunset. Loved this place. Only draw back - had a minor issue with ants in the laundry room, but other than that, it was an amazing stay. "

"Our stay at this rental was great! We had 4 people with age ranges of 3 to 87. Plenty of room here and great views. It was a quiet area and was easy to get around the Pensacola Beach strip with our rental car. It was a bit chilly a few of the days that we stayed (late February) and the ocean was pretty wild at times but the bay was calm. The pool area was nice but also chilly due to the cold spell that they had prior to our stay. The only thing that could use a little improvement would be the mattress in the loft area, that was a bit uncomfortable but not horrible. A mattress topper would make a big difference. We would for sure stay here again!!"
