"The room had a fabulous view of the beach. The balcony was older but clean and had sun shining at times which was fabulous!!! Staff were friendly and helpful! I had problems with tv and safe but someone came and fixed the problems. Car is in covered parking garage which was great. I didn’t have to unload everything! Room was clean and shower was huge. I should have asked for a room with a tub but I was pleased with huge shower. Good water pressure. There was no microwave which was disappointing but there is a restaurant in the hotel. Hotel is clean and pretty. I didn’t go in the pool but it looked like a nice size. I enjoyed it overall being right on the beach! "

"The condo was as described in listing. The view of the Sound is beautiful. And just a short walk across the street to ocean. We did have a few problems with the TV (as did the previous renter) but the host was available to help us with that which we appreciated. I think the living room furniture could use a little upgrade - not very comfortable. We enjoyed our time at Baywatch. "

"Beautiful inside and out. Very convenient and well worth the time we had in FL. Highly recommend. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO’s and this one didn’t have a single issue from toilet to fridge, wash machine to dishwasher. It was a fantastic place to stay. Super easy to get to the beach as well. "

"We have stayed in many VRBOs over the years and this one was by far the best. Prior to arrival James was checking to make sure the automated messages were being sent as expected. One was missing, so he sent the information directly to us. The amenity was immaculate! The view was fantastic and it had everything we needed. If someone wants to see the right way to be a VRBO host, they should contact James--he could give them a masterclass. 10 out of 10, highly recommend both the property and the host."

"It was okay for what we needed it for. The location is what made it more enjoyable. Bathroom could definitely use some updating toilets ran all night. Toilet seat in master is like an elementary school bathroom so small. But overall we were pleased. "
