"The beach view and location was fabulous! However, the laminate floor throughout the bedroom, living area and bathroom was extremely dirty. It appears the staff does not mop the floors as they were sticky and very dirty, as evidenced on the soles of my white socks."

"Beautiful inside and out. Very convenient and well worth the time we had in FL. Highly recommend. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO’s and this one didn’t have a single issue from toilet to fridge, wash machine to dishwasher. It was a fantastic place to stay. Super easy to get to the beach as well. "

One was missing, so he sent the information directly to us. The amenity was immaculate! The view was fantastic and it had everything we needed. If someone wants to see the right way to be a VRBO host, they should contact James--he could give them a masterclass. 10 out of 10, highly recommend both the property and the host."

"It was okay for what we needed it for. The location is what made it more enjoyable. Bathroom could definitely use some updating toilets ran all night. Toilet seat in master is like an elementary school bathroom so small. But overall we were pleased. "

"The condo was very nice with beautiful views of the intercostal. The condo was clean and easy to access and nice having car parking underneath the condo. It was also nice being a 2 minute walk to the Gulf beach. Response to questions was quick and informative. The furniture was doable but could use cleaning and mending. "
