"Family trip great location rooms were clean and spaces"

"I realize this is a budget lodging but it is really substandard. On the good side the bed was fairly comfortable and there was plenty of hot water and the A/C worked. Other than that it was disappointing. The vinyl tile floor of the room was a sticky mess, the shower was almost impossible to work, hair in the sink and bathroom floor from the last guest, carpet in the hallway was literally black with dirt etc. Shabby is one thing but filthy is not acceptable."

"Checked in Monday night to a room that had a sink full of water that would not drain room. AC did not work and the room smelled of a very strong musty like it hasn’t been used in a while. Went to the front desk, said the issues they put me in another room and the other building walked into the room. No AC would not come on was told by the front desk. They had no other rooms to move me to went back to my room unplugged the AC unit from the wall plugged it. Back in unit came on for four or five minutes and then shut off. Since I had already checked in, I had no other option but to deal with the misery of sweating all night. Told the front desk the next morning there wasn’t anything they could do. I went on about my day visiting my daughter that’s in the Navy. Came back that afternoon still no AC unplugged it again waited probably 30 minutes plugged it back in change the temperature to 63° and then the unit would never shut off so it literally ran all afternoon and all night. Yes, it cooled the room off, but it apparently would not shut off once the room reached set temperature. I don’t know what the heck is going on at this hotel but something is a mess. The other issue is in the second building. There is a horrible smell in the hallways that bleeds into your rooms like some type of incense. I never could figure out what the heck the smell was. What I stay here again highly doubtful. For years I have been a diamond status customer for choice hotels."

"Our family of 5 adults stayed at this property for 4 nights. We were in town for a Navy reunion as well as a family member's Birthday and vacation. This was a great location. The neighborhood was quiet, easy check in, beautiful home, clean and quick response from the owners. It's nice that each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom. It's also nice to have a bedroom located on the main floor. The only issue we had was that the 2 upstairs showers were not draining properly. I notified the owner Naomi and she had a plumber come out same day and it was all fixed. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Very close to everything and the Navy Base! Host was super nice and gave us recommendations for nearby. Very easy to communicate with!"

"Got in room had a dryer blowin the floor or room. Strong odor of bleach in room. Ask for another room had none so had to stay in the room.shower needs something on the floor too slippery. Would not recommend this hotel. "
