331 Palermo is the perfect home for your next family vacation or getaway with some friends. This home is a split level 4 bedroom 3 bath home. The Upper level has a huge master bedroom with a King-size bed, private bathroom, and balcony, the spare bedroom upstairs has 2 twin-size beds and a full bathroom. The huge open kitchen and living room layout makes this home perfect for entertaining a group, there is plenty of space in the living room, or move it into the Florida room where you can fully enjoy the bay view through the wall of sliding glass doors. Downstairs, there is a refrigerator, sink, coffee pot, and microwave. One bedroom has a full and the other bedroom has a twin bunk bed with a shared full bathroom. There is an open living room area with a TV and view of the bay and pool. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

331 Palermo is in one of the most desired locations on the island. Situated right on the bay you will never be without a beautiful view from home to sea. This property will allow you to get a taste for one Florida's variety of ecosystems. If you pay attention, you can expect to see manatees, dolphins, alligators, iguanas, and during May - October even sea turtles!

This home is a short walk to the ocean and less than a mile from Fort Myers Beaches' famous Times Square. Here you can find live music, bars, restaurants, the pier, gift/beach shops, antiques, fun rentals, and more. If you wanted to go shopping, there is a Walmart about 3 miles off-island, and a Publix about 3 miles south of your unit on the island. Everything you need and more is within walking distance.

This property rents from Saturday - Saturday ONLY all year round. $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. 7-night minimum rental, the minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations.

This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.

Great stay, very nice.

Spent a week here. The place is as advertised, very nice, great location and views, easy check-in, and the management company was easy to work with.

Worth it for the location, needs a deep cleaning and updates.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and the area was just perfect. Some other VRBO's we have stayed in had adequate kitchen items. This one had very limited supplies. We struggles to even find a pot with a lid or a dish rag. Some dishes even had crusted food on them. The air broke one night and blew freezing cold air all night long. It was so cold we could not sleep. The pool area had mold all around the concrete and half the chairs were broke. The location is amazing but the pool area gets very limited sun so be ready for that. If you are there for the view and location then this is the property for you but take the other things into consideration.

Beautiful home. Love the open floor on top level that allowed us to socialize, and it nice to have the two separate living areas when we wanted privacy. Convenient location, clean, and peaceful. Only complaints is that we had an unexpected visitor representing the owner who thought the house was supposed to be vacant. Showed him our confirmation and did not hear from him after that point. The washer downstairs does not work properly and is rusted bad. Encourage to get rid of or lock out so more towels are destroyed by rust water. Other than that we loved our stay and will try to rebook the same house on our next trip.

Great location! House was just as described short easy walk even with small children to the beach and shopping. house had plenty of space amazing view of back canal pass and awesome night fishing! My kids enjoyed the pool to daily! I would stay here again as we come a few times a year.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the home has a separate entrance to the lower level, which has a musty smell. outdoor furniture is garbage. 300 is too much for a cleaning fee, refrigerator & dining room table needed a deep cleaning. not enough toilet paper, one dish pod and one laundry pod and one garbage bag was given. the pillows had drool stains on them. the master bedroom fitted sheet was too small, kept popping off. the main toilet runs constantly. the owner has family pictures all around which is weird. owner could spend a little money to make sitting outside more comfortable. my daughter scraped her leg pretty bad on the rusty chair. i could go on and on.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful weather, beautiful location house very nice. Clean and well maintained, could use more chairs around the pool. A couple of things no one seemed to know where the light switch was for the dock lights so bring extra lights. They had 6 TV’s only 2 worked properly, be nice for all be on the same cable system.

Very nice stay!

The check in process was easy as the doors have codes to them. The upper unit of the property was nicely decorated and comfortable. The downstairs was comfortable for the size of the unit. We did have a few snags with the cable and a refrigerator in the lower level not working but the property mgmt company and the owner were accommodating and made things right for us. Thanks

February 2019 Stay

Code for the door didn’t work day one downstairs apartment is pretty much disgusting and took us a day to figure out they had turned off the circuit breaker to the AC for the lower apartment. The pool was freezing when we arrived. The barbecue they left for us to use had a full propane tank but the entire barbecue was rotted and would not even operate. Apparently the neighbors to this rental unit keep in close contact with the owners who had called the police on our two adult children hitting golf balls into the water and accused them of damaging boats in the harbor. My husband was in the hospital in intensive care and the owner of TriPower Realty and the owners of the property gave my family 15 minutes to pack up our things and vacate the property and we were forced to sleep in the hospital until we were able to find another place to stay which ended up being a rundown hotel due to everything being booked in the area. Will never recommend this agency to any of my fellow military members, friends or family.

I was a little bit upset because when we got to the the house at 8 at night the code that was sent to me did not work,so I had to call somebody to get into the house.. also the pool was extremely cold.The downstairs the women couldn't even sleep in because there was a moldy smell that had them coughing so they had to move upstairs. which was a real inconvenience actually. the house had an awesome View and was very nice except for the things that I have stated.
