Valet system clogged up the parking garage, cars waiting down the street, blocking people from entering who want to park for themselves. Outlet hanging out of the wall and TV directory not working, engineer just shrugged and said "Sorry". Hair dryer was covered in brown, sticky substance and the replacement they gave us had half the functions broken. Pool was full of leaves. Hotel and room were very nice and clean, and the market with quick food was really nice and convenient. Nice staff but understaffed, they need more support. Overall an okay stay, but expect more from a Hilton.

The breakfast was great every time. The shuttle (Nancy!) was an awesome perk and super useful to get around. The room was clean and everyone was super helpful.
