It’s an excellent property and not the first time we’ve stayed here. The staff was fantastic! Everyone from the front desk at check in to check out and everyone in between! A special shout out to Dean at cafe Milano! Amazing service! The rooms are clean and stocked with some basic amenities. It’s also a reasonable distance to the city!

Old building. 80’s decor. Elevators old and not ver clean. Rooms too, need an uplift SOS! Seems like this hotel has not had any renovations since 1990! It is clear but looks are not appealing. Thank you!

The rooms are old smelly and outdated. I had to use my perfume as air freshener! My Air conditioner broke 3 times during my 3 day stay. I called maintenance twice and after the 3td time I just chalked it up because I knew that I would NEVER come back or recommend them ever again. My family members were staying in a different room and their Air Conditioner unit also went out. The Hilton name used to be associated with luxury. These rooms are far from luxurious,

How do start? This property is in one of the worst locations with no sidewalks. The vending machines and downstairs store are cash only, which is outlandish for a Doubletree, especially in 2024 where card merchants are free. The towels kept disappearing every time rooms were cleaned. They would literally take towels but not replenish them each day. Eventually we had to call for towels because they left us with none. Our room was not the only one with this issue. For a doubletree, this is by far the worst one I have ever been to. Will not revisit this location nor recommend.
