Single- level living on a corner lot. Wonderfully appointed for indoor/outdoor entertaining with an open floorplan and multiple outdoor lounge & dining options. The property features a 150" dock with deep water access, heated outdoor pool, (2) firepits, grill, open floorplan/kitchen. 7 minutes to Deerfield beach (public access). Bikes, beach chairs, paddleboards, and pack & play upon request.
