The Space:

Welcome to my Hollywood Hill home away from home,

Allow me represent your upcoming stay,

Right after you come inside, huge open space living area connected with a dinning area will warmly welcome you

Living area comes with a 3 sofas ( which pulling out to the beds, in case you need extra sleeping spaces or will have more visitors then planned from the beginning)

Smart TV will allow you to take a rest after splashing at the evening screened pool with a warm blankets we prepared for your stay

Dinning area will unite all your family members at the Dinning table with up to 10 chairs

Direct access from the dinning area to the pool giving you possibility to move to patio area with a pool any convenient time to meet the sunrise or set with cup of morning coffee or glass of evening wine before you'll go to bed with a comfortable mattresses by Oliver Smith .

Fully stocked kitchen will surprise you with everything that will help you cook whatever you want, be it a light breakfast or a festive family dinner



Guest Access:

All my guests will have a unique code from the keypad lock , which they receive right after home is ready for them after housekeeping team is done with they work

(day of my guests arrival )



Other Things to Note:

My dear guest, please read the house rules carefully to confirm it when you'll receive it day before your arrival



NOTE:

Please READ and ACKNOWLEDGE your agreement with the house rules below:



1. Neighbors can’t be disturbed at any time.

2. only park in 4 cars at the front driveway, no more

3. All loud activities, must to be moved inside after 10 PM.

4. Don’t bring more people to the house than stated in the reservation. (Please confirm with a host)

5. If any city authorities come by the property, please immediately call us.

6. Disposal of garbage according to the schedule we provide.

7. You may be asked to vacate the property If the police are called for breaking the rules.

8. Fines for not following the rules could be applied
