Stunning, Modern & Quiet Beach House

Extremely modern and stylish beach house in Hollywood Beach. The house comes fully equipped with a modern Italian kitchen with all appliances, utensils and needs for cooking and dining. The house has 2 big comfy couches with plenty of storage and 55" Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime TV and YouTube (no logins provided). Master bedroom has an on suite bathroom and king size bed. Front room is a 2nd bedroom with a couch and the living room couches also expand into award winning full size beds.

We've put in a lot of heart, love and care for the furnishings, decorations and design so that your stay is spectacular. We've gone through every inch of the house and decorated it with the most comfortable beach decor possible. We can promise that the house will be EXTREMELY comfy, sleek, modern and relaxing for any type of vacation by the beach. You're going to love staying at the house!

You'll have the entire house to yourself without any interruptions. You'll have a huge living area, outdoor enclosed patio with green turf, dining area in the kitchen, large bedroom and additional sleeping space for other guests in the living room. Also, the house has a full bathroom with shower and toilet. Lastly, there is an outdoor shower for when you get back from the beach or just hanging out in the beach area! Everything is extremely modern and clean.

We do everything we can to keep our distance and let you enjoy your privacy at the house. We reach out to ensure your stay is enjoyable and to make sure you don't need anything before, during and after your stay. But if you need us, we can be there within a few minutes to help!

Hollywood Beach is the perfect mixture and has opportunities for vacationers to relax and also enjoy some casual dining/nightlife. Hollywood Beach has tons of restaurants, cute cafes, bars and other attractions to enjoy everyday. The people are friendly, the town is beachy and everyone is always VERY RELAXED! Once you leave, you'll feel the same way and fully recovered from everyday life! The immediate neighborhood is surrounded by single family houses and neighbors who are very friendly and helpful.

It's very easy to walk, bicycle and rollerblade everywhere. There are tons of restaurants, cafes and bars are all within walking distance from the apartment and right on the beach. Also, you're only a few steps away from the boardwalk of Hollywood Beach. Lastly, you can easily uber or drive to thousands more restaurants, bars and attractions in Fort Lauderdale or Miami Beach which is between 15-25 minutes away. Our apartment is in a very great location!

Hope and Rocky's beach house was probably the nicest rental we've ever rented. There was not a single thing missing, and the amenities were beyond what we expected. Everything was spotless, and I appreciated that it didn't smell like cleaning products or other frageances. Even Better Than Expected – Gorgeous, Fully Equipped, Perfect Location!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The property was even more beautiful than the photos and had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing trip. The property was cozy within walking distance of the beach. We also went down to the Hollywood boardwalk and walked all the way back. The towels and toilet paper were really soft and the ammenities were accomodating

A great place to stay on vacation

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at this home many times, and each visit has been exceptional. It truly offers the best of everything. The space is beautifully designed—relaxing, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. Its location is absolutely fabulous, close to the beach, wonderful restaurants and shopping. Perfect little house near the beach

Very nice little house 500 ft away from a nice, uncrowded beach. The house is very well stocked with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Kitchen has all the necessities plus some. There is lots of beach items for the beach as well.

Fantastic stunning home with amazing amenities. The home offers a very relaxing peaceful experience, equipped with everything needed for a beach stay and more. Excellent indoor and outdoor space! Fully loaded with all the essentials. Communication with the host during our stay was a 10 plus, which only added to an outstanding experience. I have stayed in serveral rentals over the years, but the Beach House was hands down my best experience. Couldn't have dreamed of a better time with my family. If your headed to Hollywood Beach staying here is a must. Just steps away from the beach and plenty of local restaurants near by. Definitely a do over for my family, we will return.
