Bedrooms have a king-sized and full-sized bed (with an extra pull-out bed) and each with hotel-quality ecologically produced bed linens and stunning ocean views. Both bedrooms are uniquely designed to suit your taste. You can enjoy your favorite TV shows on the huge wall-mounted HD TV in each room.
The walk-in closets provides plenty of space to store all your belongings. Each bathroom has come with shower and/or tub so that you don’t have to wait for your turn.
Hyde is a Modern resort with amenities including gym, pool, and beach service (included in resort fee that you pay separately at the front desk while check-in).

UPON CHECK-IN YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE FOLLOWING FEES:

-Resort Fee is $40 + tax per night
-Parking is $40 + tax per night
-Security Deposit is $150 per night (to be paid at the front desk during check-in using a Credit/Debit card, refundable upon check-out). The Security Deposit is mandatory for all the guests.
EV Charger is available and guest have to pay for it separately.
*Only two beach chairs and 1 umbrella included in resort fee.
Please note: Extra beach chairs are available on a first come first served basis, consider arriving early to secure them particularly during high season.

**Early check-in needs to be confirmed with "Hyde Beach house" hotel directly by calling, They would be able to check you in as soon as the property gets the confirmation for the inspectors.
***Late check-out fee is $120 for 2 extra hours based on availability and must be confirmed with STAY TODAY representative at least before 1 day check-out.
- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
- Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.
- Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space enjoyable, healthy and safe for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.
1. Age limit to check-in is 21 years old
2. No parties or gatherings are allowed inside the units. No outside visitors are permitted on property, only registered guest are to occupy per Broward County Executive Order 20-21.
With your reservation, please send the names of all registered guests. Management reserves the right to refuse access to anyone not registered to the unit.
3. Occupancy levels strictly are enforced. Locals authorities and your property manager will be contacted in case of violations without a second warning. Refer to the maximum occupancy permitted per room at all times is 6 guests
4. In our efforts to take care of our residents, guests, and employees - Every guest checking in will be screened with our state-of-the-art thermal camera to ensure there are no symptoms of COVID-19, such as high fever. If during the screening, the guests displays high fever, a secondary test will be performed. If the secondary test confirms the symptom, the guest will not be checked-in and will be referred to the nearest emergency room for COVID-19 testing.
5. Credit card & ID must match name on reservations or accompanying guest to check in. We hold an authorization of $110 per night to cover incidentals. Incidentals will consist of resort fees & or parking fees. No Exceptions. Security Deposit will be release immediately upon check out and may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on account depending on the bank.
