Staff is inattentive. Many times a sign was up saying that they were busy helping other guests, but the door was just closed behind the desk with the staff behind it on their personal phones. Hallways and the elevator are disgusting from the trash being taken outside by a roller bin. The liquid from the garbage leaks on the carpet and elevator floors. Rooms are subpar, the bathroom is in desperate need of remodeling. The tiles on the wall were disgusting, and had what looked like mold on them. Cleanliness in common areas is the biggest issue at this hotel.

Everything about this place is not ok. The look of the staff, they are not properly dressed as staff of an hotel. The cleanliness, all the common areas were dirty, with trash on the floor, and a very bad smell in the elevator and the halls, the hotel promotes breakfast that os completely false, it is just a bad quality coffee. The room had a kitchenette with no utensils, I had to make my own bed by asking the sheets. Overall is the worst place tha I have ever stayed in my life.

While waiting in the lobby I went to use the restroom and there was no toilet paper and I told the front desk staff and she said they ran out and they not getting any for now. The room ok but I was scared to sleep on the bed. The outside was noisy

Even though they offer breakfast included there is only coffee and muffins, so it is better to specify the type of meal they will serve so customer can schedule better they itinerary and choose a accommodation knowing what they will receive instead of have a hard time finding out that breakfast is not what they mean to be.

We were not happy at all with our week-long stay. The shower was disgusting to the point where my children refused to bathe in it. The kitchen faucet handle broke completely off when we tried to use it. There was never an attendant at the front desk and the process to request silverware, plates, towels, etc. was not annoying. Their breakfast is a joke. The entire hotel had a weird smell. The pullout couch had stains on it and the mattress on it was about 3 inches thick, so our family of five had to share 2 beds. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again and I hesitate to ever consider staying at another Extended Stay in the future.

Shower extremely dirty, towels from previous guests in the bathroom. Check in was a nightmare. Didn't have the room I reserved a month ago then tried to charge me to upgrade. Asked for early check in and was told they were far too busy to see if a room was ready. Check in was 3pm and by 3:05 there were 10 people in the lobby and no one at the front desk.

This place was the worst place I have ever booked through Expedia. Took us over 2 hours to get checked in. Rooms were not cleaned, stated a kitchenette but no dishes, silverware, etc. Floor was dirty. Only 1 towel, outlet in bathroom did not work. Noisy with kids all over. Requested $ back but declined. I could go on and on what was wrong. Couldn’t wait to get out of this place!

Save your time and money. Do not go here. The room had a pull out couch that looked as if there was a blood stained matress. Under the mattress there was bug larvae and fingernail clippings! Staff is never out at the front desk, when you make requests of them they make it seem like you are inconveniencing them. Signs in the room indicate dish packages will be delivered to your room, the staff makes the guests pick it up from the lobby themselves. Other guests take it upon themselves to clean parts of the hotel (I.e. pool area) because it is so neglected by the staff and would rather do it themselves than sit around filth. The breakfast area is never stocked, even at 7:30 in the morning, when it gets restocked they often exclude some of the food items.

Poor service. No hot breakfast. The items that were available for breakfast were not replenished. Not enough linens on hand for the sofa bed. Found a bug in our bathroom.

Basic breakfast and a studio room
The hotel overall was clean but for the amount I paid the room was very small it felt like a studio instead of a hotel room. The breakfast was very terrible quick inexpensive boiled eggs premade bag that were cold, no pancakes or waffles for my kids no fruit or even orange juice. I will not stay here again.
