Thanks a lot for the gorgeous 2 bed, the deco is one of a kind, and I especially like the high ceiling and the balcony with ocean view. The location can’t be better, direct access to the beach with 2 complimentary beach chair. The must try restaurant 7 Tables is right next door. Everything we love is in one place, fantastic experience!

The unit was nice but was not what we expected based on the listing. We used Expedia to book through, and the listing on there was fairly inaccurate compared to what we got. I don’t think a view like shown first in the pictures exists. It’s misleading. We had a “ocean view.” I mean, we could see the ocean through other hotels that were in the way, but we mostly just looked at the dirty roof tops of the buildings below us. The unit itself was not very clean. There was dust on top of the light switches, pictures, fridge etc., stains on the furniture and a lot of grime on the walls including a blood smear in the bathroom and a booger on the wall next to the bed in the smaller room. The sliding door-wall got stuck closed on the very first night and was not fixed until the afternoon the second day, which inhibited our ability to enjoy the balcony we paid for. The black-out blinds in the main bedroom often got either stuck open, or stuck closed and the chain would break. A maintenance man, who was very kind and helpful, came and fixed it…but not well. There is NO service for this room unless you stay more than 5 days, in which they would then service the room every 5 days. We did not know this because the listing is not forthcoming about the lack of service. Parking is listed as $42 per day, but is really $45 with a $5 surcharge per day, so $50. This isn’t a huge deal for me, but also just not accurately described in the listing. It was just an “OK” stay. Won’t be going back.

We loved our stay at this hotel! My teens loved how close it was to the beach and the ocean veiw especially from the rooftop pool area. The hotel came with a fridge, kitchen area with stove, oven and dishwasher. Was very nice and the beds and pillows were so very comfortable! They were great keeping in contact and accommodating any needs we had. Would come back in a heart beat!

Wonderful beach view. Safe to leave belongings (towel, cooler) but I wouldn't leave valuables on the beach. They did clean up chairs right at 5:00 and leave our stuff there. Excellent service. The rooftop is amazing. The room was AMAZING with full amenities - we were upgraded without knowing. There was a full kitchen and laundry in-unit as well as excellent A/C. NO COMPLAINTS! :)

I loved the attention to detail from the dishes, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, toiletries etc. It felt like home away from home. I also fell in love with the balcony overlooking the beach. I will most definitely be back.

Will not book again

I booked a balcony room with a bay view, have receipts to show it as well, I got put in a street view no balcony room. I asked front desk, and hotels.com about it, no one fixed it. My room also smelt like a smoking room. Would not go through hotels.com or book this hotel again, front desk was not helpful, and my room put a damper on my trip.

We arrived at noon time in Ft. Lauderdale and a quick uber ride to the hotel in Hollywood, Florida. We were greeted at the desk and was told our room would not be ready until 4:00 pm because they were cleaning it. No problem, I would prefer to wait and walk into a clean room! We walked into our room and never smelled any type of cleaning products. The drawers holding the silverware and pots and pans are disgusting and have never been cleaned. The sliding glass doors in the living room and bedroom were loaded with fingerprints and smudges. The curtains at the bottom are black with dirt. The cabinet that the microwave is in was never cleaned because the previous guest left their potato chip bag in there. Had the cleaners opened the cabinet and cleaned the microwave they would have noticed. With one of the towels we wiped the floor and the towel was black with dirt. The cabinet under the tv was loaded with dust and had never been cleaned. The blankets on the beds looked as if they had never been washed. The dishwasher did not work. The refrigerator is new but the blue tape that is used when shipping was left on and the refrigerator was never cleaned. The freezer had something that spilled and was never cleaned up. Very disappointing!
