Please be aware that any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance.

Mothers Day Getaway

Great place to stay. We stayed here for the first time in 2023. Location is perfect, right in the heart of the broadwalk. Basically a block from the beach and a great rooftop with the pool, bar and restaurant. We'll be back for sure

Perfect resort

I absolutely loved staying at this condo and can’t wait to come back. The property is as described, everything is new and working well. I appreciated small touches like beach umbrella in the closet, saved me paying 20 every day ( beach lounges are included in the resort fee, but umbrella is extra) The resort is perfect for all: rooftop pool, hot tub, many areas for relaxation, easy access to boardwalk and nice restaurants on the bay. It was the best place I ever stayed in Hollywood area. Communication with management company was easy and effective, no problems there

I will be as fair as possible The location is fabulous One block to Hollywood Broadwalk and beachHas great rooftop heated pool and nice barViews are great 360 degrees However the room was unacceptable Needs serious updating Lightning is insufficient. No light in kitchen area and bathroom sink area some towels had holes from use Tv was old and small. Screen too small for picture. Couldn’t see programs in fullCheckin was a problem Had us booked for 38 days when reservation was for four nights. This held up check in for several hoursThere are also resort fees and registration fees that are not worth the cost Would not recommend without real investigation of the room
