This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at La Playa offers the perfect combination of a peaceful beachfront retreat and easy access to everything Hollywood Beach has to offer.

    Wake up to the sound of the waves, enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the Atlantic, spend the day on the beach or at the oceanfront pool, and walk to dinner, shopping, entertainment, and local attractions in the evening.

    La Playa is a quiet, private 7-story beachfront building located just steps from the heart of Hollywood Beach and near Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort. You are within walking distance of waterfront restaurants, locally owned shops, bike rentals, and the Water Taxi with access toward Las Olas and Fort Lauderdale.

    Important Information

    * 5th-floor unit: Accessible by elevator and stairwells.
    * Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for guest use on the first floor. They operate for a small fee, payable by debit or credit card.
    * Parking: One provided parking space is available, but it is tight. Vehicles must be 176 inches or less in length. Please confirm your vehicle meets the size requirements before booking. Upon booking, you will be asked for the best e-mail to reach you and you will be contacted via e-mail to sign a vacation rental agreement and to send a copy of your Driver's License

    -Go to www.HollywoodFL.org to read the City of Hollywood Ordinances. Booking this unit is acknowledgement that you've read & agree to these ordinances. There will also be a copy of the City of Hollywood, FL Ordinances located in the unit for your review, as well. Lastly, in the vacation rental agreement you will sign, will include a statement that you must acknowledge that you have read and agree to these ordinances.

Hollywood Family Vacation

We had an amazing stay at this beach rental. The condo was well stocked with everything needed for the beach. We enjoyed the ocean view and being directly on the boardwalk. Everything was so easily accessible. Our host was friendly and responsive making the check in process easy We would absolutely return and highly recommend this rental!

Winter Break Vacay

Perfect beach front stay on Hollywood Beach. We enjoyed wakung up to the view of the ocean and walking on the beautiful boardwalk filled with shops and restaurants. The location was quiet and a close walk to the action.Tbe condo was clean and updated ; perfect for our family of 4( 3 adults and 1 teenager).We would definitely come back and stay again.Very relaxing, we all loved being right on the beach.

Right on the beach, private pool, free parking

The place was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. It’s located right on the Hollywood Beach boardwalk, with a private pool and a stunning view of the beach and ocean. The condo was well-equipped with several beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach wagon, which made our beach days super convenient. The hosts were very responsive, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Great location and amazing view

Our family really enjoyed our vacation here. The location is great and the pool was so nice to have as an alternative to the ocean. The condo was very clean and met our needs. The A/C worked very well (which was great as we stayed in August). If we decide to stay on Hollywood Beach agin for vacation this condo will be the first one we check on to see if it’s available.

Amazing Beach Getaway

This is the second time we’ve stayed at La Playa and we can’t say enough great things about the condo! It’s an amazing location, clean, the pool was throughly enjoyed by my kids, and it was the perfect amount of space for us. Communicating with our host was easy and fast. We will absolutely be back!

Beach front with balcony

Property was amazing, beach front with balcony, beautiful sunrise every morning. Plenty do to in the evening, bars, food, music. Had beach chairs and beach towels. I would love to come back !

Location was perfect. Walk across Boardwalk straight onto beach. The condo has everything necessary to enjoy the beach, ie chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler. Nightlife on the Boardwalk was only steps away. The condo was very nice. The kitchen well stocked with everything necessary for breakfasts and lunches. We ate dinner out every night. The surrounding streets were quiet and no late night noise. Andrea and Suzanne were very helpful and easily accessible. Great place to stay. Highly recommend. Will stay here again.
