Please refrain from smoking inside the home! It is prohibited. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Odor Removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Therefore parties or events of any kind are prohibited.

★ TOWAWAY ZONE ★
There is a strict no-street parking policy in our neighborhood, and cars parked on the street will be towed. We have a driveway that can accommodate up to 4 cars depending on the size. Violation will result in termination of the lease immediately.

Not a luxury property

I really wanted to rate this house higher. At first glance, it looks just like the pictures, but upon closer inspection, there were several issues. The walls had stains, the master bathroom shower was missing a door, and the body of water behind the pool looked unsanitary. We also noticed random boards with nails sticking out, which felt unsafe. The master bathroom toilet was propped on a wooden block and didn’t seem stable.Initially, there was no hot water, but the host was responsive via text and guided us on how to fix it. There was also a strong foul odor on the second floor, making one bedroom unusable. The host did offer to send someone to address it, but they could only come the next day, and we were not comfortable having strangers in the house while we were out.Pros: The pool was great, and the location was excellent, just a five-minute walk to a lovely beach and close to Pompano Pier.One thing to note is that the neighborhood is undergoing renovations, so there was significant construction noise throughout the day from multiple surrounding properties. Since we spent most of our time at the beach, it wasnt a major issue for us.Overall, this house has a lot of potential, its spacious I would call it a five-bedroom, with a pool table, air hockey, poker table, and TVs everywhere. However, it really needs some attention and maintenance. With a bit of care, it could be a nice property

Decent place with some issues

Upon checking in, the kitchen counter was still dirty, there were no hand towels, or garbage can. On third day we were there we did not have water, contact the management company and didn’t get an answer back for 8 hours as to what was going. Day four the toilet mounted to the wall in the master broke away from the wall. Maintenance came over and took pictures but did not fix the toilet the whole time we were there. Day 5 got back from the beach and had no gas for heating water or stovetop. Gas company showed up at 7:30 that night to turn gas back on, was not made aware of the gas being turned off but when they turned it back gas company said they spoke with someone.
