POOL: Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The association is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.

GARBAGE: The Garbage bins are on Arthur Street. To locate them, continue west on Arthur Street alongside the parking lot. They will be found on the left-hand side behind a white fence.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: There is a dedicated parking spot on Arthur St. marked #9. Arthur is north of your unit.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

Great Location

Great location just off the Hollywood boardwalk. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The pool and laundry onsite were a bonus.

Cute apartment and perfect location

We had a great stay at the oasis. The location was perfection- few steps from the beach was all we needed. Close to north end of the Hollywood boardwalk. Walking distance to all restaurants and intercoastal water taxi. The apartment was clean, a little outdated but did not bother us. If possible I would have asked the host to provide just a few more essentials- such as shower shampoo, additional toilet paper rolls, and toothpaste for guests. Otherwise had everything we needed.

Great property next to beach

Lots of back and forth with property owner through the normal booking process, several more trying and failing to secure early check in or late check out. That aside, the unit is clean, beautiful, very well locaated and exceeded our expectations perfect for a couple

Perfect for the two of us

The property was very close to the beach, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our 5-day stay. ValGal was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again. Beach chairs and parking were definite pluses!

Love this place!

This is the third time I have stayed in this unit and it does not disappoint. The location is perfect, close to everywhere you want to be. It is stocked with everything you need, including a comfortable king size bed. It is steps to beach and the pool. I will stay here again!

The pool was nice and clean and the unit overall was very quiet. Nothing will be left behind so you literally need to buy everything for your stay like Coffee filters, seasonings, bar soap, napkins, etc.

Overall pleasant stay

Steps away from the beach and boardwalk. The pool was heated which was nice. The unit was clean and inviting. The beach chairs were rusted and broken and the umbrella was broken too. Those definitely need replacing. The pull out sofa could use a new mattress and a few more blankets for the nighttime. Other than that, we loved the place and would definitely stay there again.

My only issue was the rental had a strong musky smell, probably from age and moisture. Also, when pulling out from Arthur Street onto the main road there is a bush that is extremely hard to see around and almost caused a collision because I had to pull out into the street so far. Everything else was good. I enjoyed my stay. The room stays nice and cool and is fully furnished with everything needed for a long stay.

Hollywood Beach getaway

Unit has small kitchen that is stocked with basic gear to prepare meals. There are many restaurants in the area within walking distance. There is a very nice pool on the property that was very relaxing to use on days I did not want to be on the busy beach. There is a designated parking space for the unit which is extremely important for me. I would gladly stay here again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is old and out dated. Not very clean. Mold in the bathroom. Bed is horrible. The whole place wasn’t very clean and stunk. The shower head broke the first day. Now for the positive........ the AC worked good. The location is great for the beach and access to the board walk. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. It comes with one parking space. For the amount of money we spent, the place needs major updates. The pool was dirty also and not enough chairs available. The beach chairs provided in the closet were broken. The property management never contacted me once I signed their agreement and I had to call them on day of arrival only to find out they needed additional information before we could check in.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Master bedroom and the living room were large and the beach was close. This was good. But there were jumbled cords and sockets running along the bedroom walls, closets with junk and pipes with turn off valves, broken dresser drawers, no diswhaser, filthy stove and pots. Roaches at night. And a headknocker shelf sticking out literally right over the kitchen sink. AND the photo on the rental photo does not show the unit where we stayed, which was two gates outside the pool area.This place needs a serious update and cleaning.

They are prompt and friendly. They allow me leave a tote at the management office so I can travel light. The unit itself is showing it's wear and tear. It is in need of an upgrade.

Reviewer Comments: The location is fine the price is within reason porch light didn't work tables and chairs are old and falling apart my wife sat and wanted to chairs and it broke on her she could have been seriously injured the tonight stands in the bedrooms are ancient and falling apart ice maker does not work takes forever to get hot water coffee pot was old and crusty the grout coming up off the floor if you were barefooted you could stop on something like a rock inside the unit everything in there needs to be updated the stove is really nasty the bottom of it falling apart and showing all the grease that's never been cleaned the mop boards are all dusty you need somebody to get in there and deep clean the place takes 10 to 15 minutes to get hot water to come through great location but subpar furniture and utilities and appliances

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Oasis was steps from a surprisingly not so crowded beach, although we went in the summer “off-season”. The noise and crowds of the Broadwalk ended just before The Oasis which contributed to its charm as we were just beyond the business of the shops and restaurants yet close enough to grab lunch and bring it back to the apartment. The beds were good, the A/C was a bit loud turning on and off, but effective and the shower was efficient. There were plenty of kitchen supplies to cook, serve and eat, and the freezer even made its own ice. The beach chair were helpful and there was a broom and a small vacuum to tidy up the sand after a day at the beach. The pool was great- lots of “rules” but clean and both times we went we were the only swimmers. Super quiet place, very well- manicured. We will definitely be back. ValGal was responsive even on a Sunday. Great experience!
