A nice place to stay

We enjoyed our time at this property. It had everything we needed to cook when we wanted, to hang out when we wanted and was still close enough to downtown to be a quick car ride to everywhere we wanted to go. We only had two cars, so street parking was okay.

This was a wonderful house for our large family to celebrate Christmas! Old Town North is very accessible to Old town where there are so many options of dining, shopping and activities. The house was stocked with essentials like trash bags, laundry detergent and a well stocked kitchen as far as cookware. I'd stay again!

I was the main communicator and organizer for a team of international staff members who stayed at this house. The house is beautiful and spacious, it was a great fit for our guests. Spacious and spectacular, this place has it all! Tons of room to spread out for a family gathering but still cozy enough for a smaller gathering with large kitchen island and the warmth of the fireplace. Beautiful home convenient to downtown Fort Collins

We needed a last minute rental for my family and the hosts were extremely accommodating. The property is amazing. It’s even better than the pictures! We enjoyed the spacious master bedroom and our kids loved the downstairs space. The rooftop hot tub was another highlight. The location and neighborhood could not have been better. So many king-size beds!

Stayed here with some co-workers for a conference. The extra king-size beds (as compared to so many rental properties) was a big bonus! The hot tub wasn't working, so that was a disappointment. Clean unit with lots of space.

We were very comfortable at this property. The location is great! Great communication with the owner. Side Note: There is a ton of silverware in a hidden drawer above the glasses. Keep looking. 5 of us had 3 spoons the entire stay. We found all the silverware on the last day. HA HA. I highly recommend this property!
