"The breakfast was pitiful and not what was advertised. The bathroom ceiling had spots of throughout. Lamps and picture frames were broken. Dead bugs were scattered around the perimeter of the room. Spider webs covered the corners of the room."

"I was kind of disappointing to find out that paying through the actual motel was cheaper than it was going through experience eighty five dollars for the second night , where I paid a hundred and nine dollars for the first night through expedient , so I didn't look the second night for expedient cause it was more expensive"

"We were pulling a trailer and had to park a three blocks away on the complete other side of the property and walk carrying all our bags and hanging clothes through the entire casino and hotel to get to our room. The only room they said they had available was a smoking room and now our bags and all our clothes reek of stale smoke. The staff was not helpful at all except the lady at the checkout desk this morning."
