"Duct tape used to fix torn or broken furniture throughout the facility. Only one ice machine in the facility and it was out-of-order during my stay. Staff frequently leaves the front desk for extended periods of time and guests have to wait 15 minutes or more to obtain service or check in/out. Hot breakfast limited to eggs, sausage and cut potatoes during my four-day stay. Rips in carpet in my room and they charge a $50 refundable deposit upon check-in."
